Westermo’s offering addresses the market for infrastructure like transportation, energy and water supply, plus an array of industrial sectors. To achieve greater impact, Westermo is focusing on three priority segments where robustness, high-quality and in-depth knowledge of customer needs are at a premium: train, trackside, energy and evolving its servicing and software offering. Westermo is one of the leading global players in the train segment.

Customers and sales

Westermo has its own sales organization with sales personnel and technical support in 15 countries. The sales offices handle both end customers directly and system integrators. Sales also occur through OEM customers (Original Equipment Manufacturers) who use the products as part of their own solutions. The own sales organization is complemented by a network of distributors in more than 30 countries.
